Job Summary
Conceptualise and execute high-tier marketing collateral from initial concept through final deployment, ensuring strict alignment with international brand guidelines. Present creative concepts and digital strategies to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while architecting responsive web components and bespoke iconography. Develop high-converting visual assets for Google Ads, PMAX campaigns, and paid social platforms, alongside producing motion graphics and editing video content for localised streams. Perform advanced image editing, colour correction, and layout design for press releases and corporate presentations. This hybrid role balances collaborative on-site teamwork with remote productivity within a global premium consumer brand's Content Studio. Submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating end-to-end campaign execution alongside your application.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a closely related visual arts discipline
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven design experience gained within an agency or high-output in-house brand environment
- Extensive experience working with premium brand architectures, showcasing a strong understanding of commercial brand consistency
- A deep, native understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first design, PPC/PMAX marketing structures, and paid social media landscapes
- Exceptional structural organization regarding filing conventions and digital asset management systems
- A comprehensive and diverse design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end campaign execution
- Prior operational exposure to, or direct experience working within, European or global digital marketing matrix structures
- Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Content Management Systems (CMS) and Email Marketing platforms
