Job Summary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative digital design concepts for websites, landing pages, social media, and advertising campaigns. Create and optimize graphics, animations, and multimedia content to ensure high-quality user experiences while providing art direction and mentorship to junior designers. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions. Ensure all designs are responsive, user-friendly, and accessible across various digital platforms. This role requires onsite work in the Orange County office and offers a competitive salary range of $90-110k DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, and other relevant tools
- In-depth knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Strong understanding of web design, responsive design, and mobile design best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to clients and team members
- A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying on the cutting edge of digital design trends
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- This position requires a team member to work onsite in the Orange County office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus
- Previous agency experience is a plus
