Job Summary
Senior Digital Designer will join NRMA's in-house Creative Studio on a 13-month parental leave contract, delivering high-quality digital design across owned and paid channels (social, email, video, web, OOH, performance marketing). Responsibilities include ideation, asset creation, applying data-driven insights, guiding stakeholders, leading a small team, maintaining branded templates, developing creative strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure briefs meet business objectives. Requires 5–7 years in a senior digital design role, strong brand experience, AI-assisted tools familiarity, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; knowledge of Braze or similar platforms and HTML/CSS is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with Sydney Olympic Park office and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years’ experience in a senior digital design role
- Demonstrated experience with big iconic or multi-faceted brand
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools
- Strong portfolio showing briefs to digital design solutions
- Experience leading a team of designers
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Experience with HTML and CSS (UX/UI desirable)
- Experience with performance-driven creative across Meta and Google Ads
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and proactive attitude
