Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate client marketing and promotional programs with designated client contacts, outside vendors, and internal teams; maintain ongoing communications with management, clients, Sales, and Account Team on project status; utilize a proprietary tracking product to project manage and track POD/JIT items, Email, MLR, and FDA submissions, and generate reporting to meet SLAs; establish and distribute processes for project creation across Graphic Design, Programming, production, and Vendor Management; collaborate with purchasing and production services for supplies or services; work with agencies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure project approval; ensure QA and ISO 9001 standards are upheld and review output for aesthetics and accuracy; cross-train for backup, mentor and lead the team, and participate in staff development and training; possess knowledge of Digital and Offset print and Email fulfillment, and familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign, Exact Target, HTML, JSON, and JIRA; strong communication, organization, and analytical skills for managing multiple print and digital fulfillment projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required. College degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Digital and Offset print and Email fulfillment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Graphic Design and Email fulfillment Software.
- Prior client service experience.
