Job Summary

Lead and develop a high-performance eCommerce product team, establishing clear goals and fostering accountability. Own the global eCommerce product roadmap, translating executive direction into actionable plans and prioritizing initiatives based on consumer data and regional market needs. Drive the full consumer journey from discovery to checkout, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for conversion and localized for each market. Define and report on a KPI scorecard covering conversion, site speed, and uptime to guide data-informed investment decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, design, and operations to execute site releases, manage third-party integrations, and maintain seamless order management workflows. Serve as the primary product authority for business stakeholders, ensuring flawless global launches and continuous improvement through emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce product management or a related digital commerce field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Business Manager
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional digital teams
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global or multi-regional eCommerce environment, including engaging with regional business stakeholders
  • Full-time, on-site position based in Carlsbad, CA
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple global time zones, with occasional extended hours to support site releases and key milestones
  • Standard office environment with regular computer usage
  • Light physical effort with frequent use of standard office equipment

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for product documentation and team collaboration
  • Familiarity with Quantum Metrics, Google Analytics, or other eCommerce analytics tools preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
