Senior Digital Brand Manager (Ensure)

Job Summary
Develop total brand digital consumer marketing strategy and lead campaigns across social, e-commerce, and brand sites to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost and Lifetime Value. Manage external and in-house agencies for creative production, content deployment, and performance monitoring through audience segmentation. Connect and analyze data from multiple touchpoints to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and develop integrated business models for online-to-offline demand generation. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports while ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical procedures. Review consumer complaints and suggestions to develop action plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain business excellence standards and communicate effectively across all levels.
Required Qualifications
- More than 7 years Related brand building and digital marketing experience in FMCG/Technology/Health Care industry
- Prefer background in digital, CRM & MarTech
- Experience in Content marketing, especially for Tiktok
- Bachelor and above
- Preferably in Business or Marketing
- Comprehensive industry knowledge
- Good time and project management
- Basic understanding of financial and data analysis
- Good communication and negotiation
- Digital Marketing skill
- Experience with Consumer Journey and MarTech
- Familiarity with AI tools & Large-Language Model
- Self-driven team player with strong ownership
- Problem solving skills
- Continuous improvement behavior
- Good organization and planning
- Problem analysis
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English
- MS Office Excel, pivot, data model
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Content marketing, especially for Tiktok is a strong plus
