Senior Diffusion Process Engineer

Senior Diffusion Process Engineer responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing diffusion processes to improve product quality, drive process yield improvements, cost reduction, productivity improvements and risk management; collaborate with equipment engineers and integrations engineers to identify and resolve issues affecting production; use project management to complete milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps; drive improvements across all SPC charts owned; requires 2+ years of industry experience and a BS or Masters in Engineering with willingness to travel internationally. Micron Boise location with DRAM development and manufacturing focus; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
