Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on diesel equipment and CNG trucks. Estimate time and material costs for repairs while adhering to Standard Labor Repair Times and responding to emergency service calls. Perform safety checks on vehicles and maintain a clean work area compliant with OSHA standards. Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times, and assist senior mechanics with project work. Review and assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. Work Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 8:30pm, with occasional Saturday shifts, at a repair shop in Eau Claire, WI. Fix trucks servicing over 20 million customers across the USA.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- A valid drivers license
- Be over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
