Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests using advanced diagnostic equipment and factory scan tools. Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections while building experience across domestic and foreign makes. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot concerns quickly, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shop. Work on vehicles lifted above head and in tight spaces, navigating computers and driving manual transmissions. Join a busy shop with consistent workload, free training, and live technician support.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic skilled in diagnostics
- Expert at diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
