Job Summary
Senior DevOps Tech Lead responsible for designing, evolving, and operating CI/CD pipelines and platform infrastructure across SaaS and on-prem environments. Lead cross-team initiatives to ensure highly available, reliable, scalable, and performant DevOps ecosystems. Define and promote best practices around system reliability, deployment processes, and operational standards. Collaborate with software engineers, SREs, architects, and external partners to deliver robust production solutions across security and data-driven systems in multi-environment deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives and driving architecture or system-level decisions
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals across multiple layers and protocols
- Proven experience with Linux environments and Kubernetes, including workload deployment and lifecycle management
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in at least one language (Python, Golang)
- Proven track record of owning production systems and CI/CD pipelines in large-scale distributed environments
