Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Summary
Senior SRE to own reliability, availability, and performance of production environments in Tel Aviv. Lead long-term stability improvements, collaborate with development teams on architecture to ensure observable and scalable services, manage capacity planning, system tuning, and optimize cost/performance. Maintain and improve GitOps-driven deployment pipelines. Requires 7-8+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong AWS experience, programming in Python/Go/TypeScript, IaC with CDK/Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD and GitOps tooling, Linux internals and networking know-how, and English+Hebrew communication. Nice-to-have observability stacks (Datadog, Coralogix, Prometheus, Grafana), Crossplane or advanced Helm, SaaS background.
Required Qualifications
- 7-8+ years hands-on in SRE or DevOps
- Deep experience with AWS (architecture, security, best practices)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript
- 3+ years Infrastructure as Code with AWS CDK or Terraform
- Production experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and microservices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Solid understanding of Linux internals and networking fundamentals
- Good communication skills in English and Hebrew
