Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for end-to-end delivery of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to drive automation, system reliability, and operational excellence. Establish and track KPIs for deployment frequency, change lead time, incident reduction, and operational resilience. Ensure compliance and security through robust tooling (e.g., secrets management, vulnerability scanning, audit logging). Manage resource planning, hiring, and performance reviews; foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Report progress to senior leadership and contribute to technology roadmaps and budgeting. Skills include Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP/Azure; automation, configuration management, monitoring/alerting, incident response; IAM, RBAC, encryption, and security best practices for cloud-native environments; strong communication and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP/Azure
- Solid understanding of security best practices for cloud-native environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
