Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation workflows; collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to drive automation, system reliability, and operational excellence; establish and track KPIs for deployment frequency, change lead time, incident reduction, and operational resilience; ensure compliance and security requirements are met through robust tooling and effective processes; manage resource planning, hiring, and performance reviews; report progress to senior leadership and contribute to technology roadmaps and budget planning; requires 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience and deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms; strong security practices, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles
- Deep experience with modern DevOps tooling and practices (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven expertise in automation, configuration management, monitoring/alerting, and incident response
- Solid understanding of security best practices for cloud-native environments (e.g., IAM, RBAC, encryption, compliance frameworks)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders, prioritize work, and build high-performing teams
