Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure modernization on a production AWS footprint, focusing on Kubernetes upgrades, secure access tooling (Teleport), database upgrades (Redis/PostgreSQL 16.x), and IaC tooling upgrades (Terraform, Lambda, SAM). Will optimize costs with Karpenter and decommission unused resources while ensuring reliability and observability with NewRelic. Role requires hands-on work in live environments, with 4+ years of AWS/Kubernetes experience and strong IaC skills; opportunity to shape AI-driven, enterprise-scale projects across multiple countries.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure in production environments
- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes — cluster operations, networking, and upgrades
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Experience with Teleport or similar zero-trust access tooling
- Familiarity with Karpenter or other Kubernetes autoscaling solutions
- Experience upgrading managed or self-hosted PostgreSQL and Redis in AWS
- Exposure to NewRelic or similar APM/observability platforms
- Comfort working across mixed IaC codebases (Terraform, Lambda, SAM)
