Senior DevOps Engineer - Sailpoint IIQ

Job Summary
Develop and operate the IAM system based on SailPoint IIQ for Swisscom and B2B customers while driving integration of applications and developing relevant interfaces. Ensure quality and reliability in day-to-day operations within an agile team, focusing on provisioning workflows, connectors, and identity lifecycle management. Leverage expertise in SailPoint IIQ, cloud-native environments like Kubernetes and AWS, and CI/CD practices to build high-quality software. This role requires 5+ years of SailPoint IIQ experience and knowledge of modern DevSecOps, with opportunities to extend the fixed-term contract after six months.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IIQ
- Knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices
- Hands-on experience in software engineering (Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, REST APIs, or similar)
- Experience developing, configuring and operating IAM solutions, including provisioning workflows, connectors, identity lifecycle management, role models and integrations
- Familiar with cloud-native environments and platforms (e.g. Kubernetes, AWS, Cloud Foundry)
- Experience in automation and CI/CD practices, including testing and deployment pipelines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Very good written and spoken English
- Reliable, self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in an international DevOps environment
- Agile mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment and continuously improve
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
