Job Summary
Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily, focusing on capacity planning, runner architecture, and maintaining reliability as load patterns shift. Deepen GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD through operational improvements and structural work managing cluster state across environments. Advance supply chain security posture by implementing SAST and artifact attestation. Troubleshoot hard infrastructure problems across network, application, and system layers where answers require pulling on multiple threads. This role requires strong Kubernetes experience, including tuning on-prem Linux systems under real load, alongside hands-on CI/CD background with GitLab CI and GitOps with ArgoCD. Software development skills in Python, Golang, or Rust are needed to build and maintain tooling, along with configuration management using Ansible or Terraform. A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices is essential. The team is small, distributed, and collaborative, prioritizing meaningful work with millions of users.
Required Qualifications
