Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary
Maintain and improve production and staging infrastructure while designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code and manage secrets securely with HashiCorp Vault or OpenBao. Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Grafana to ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security across AWS environments. Support engineering teams with deployment automation and cloud best practices, maintaining technical documentation and operational standards. Work in a hybrid format from offices in Kyiv, Lisbon, Limassol, and London, or remotely across the globe.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Docker, Docker Swarm, and Portainer
- Hands-on experience with AWS (ECR, IAM/STS, S3, VPC)
- Experience with Terraform or OpenTofu
- Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows, self-hosted runners, and OIDC
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or OpenBao
- Experience using Ansible
- Excellent knowledge of Git, including submodules and CI/CD migration
- Practical experience supporting PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka in production
- Experience building monitoring and alerting solutions using Grafana
Desired Qualifications
- Kubernetes
- Experience working in fintech or payment processing
- Understanding of PCI DSS requirements
- Experience with SAST / DAST
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Security best practices
