Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy while automating infrastructure provisioning with Ansible. Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms, configuring Istio service mesh for secure microservices communication. Manage database schema versioning using Liquibase and monitor system performance to troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency. Work within a strategic banking project supporting mission-critical services, offering long-term engagement with modern cloud-native technologies and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
- Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins pipelines using Groovy
- Solid expertise with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms
- Experience implementing or supporting Istio service mesh
- Hands-on experience with Liquibase for database change management
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, infrastructure automation, and release management
- Experience working in Linux-based environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
