Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer to design, operate, and evolve Gong's production platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Own a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform managed as code via Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows); implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and on-call rotations using Datadog, Coralogix, Sentry, and Wiz. Tackle high-scale production challenges, optimize GitOps workflows for safe production changes, and troubleshoot across production, staging, and dev environments. Impact engineers across the company by delivering reliable, cost-efficient, and secure infrastructure; drive architectural improvements with autonomy. Requires 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, strong container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC and GitOps (Terraform, ArgoCD), cloud security best practices, and fluency with Python, Bash, or Node.js. Bonus: experience with big-data infra, Java/JVM services, or multi-cloud (GCP/Azure). We operate in a flexible hybrid work model.
