Job Summary
Implement and validate enterprise AWS Landing Zone capabilities using Control Tower patterns, translating architecture decisions into deployable Infrastructure as Code modules and automated pipelines. Establish compliant, automated platforms with pre- and post-deployment assurance controls while constructively challenging weak designs and manual operating models. Lead solution designs with staff engineers, mentor team members through collaborative pairing, and champion developer experience by defining golden paths and standards.

- Proven experience in a transformation as a Senior DevOps or Platform Engineer turning complex architecture, security, and networking requirements into working AWS patterns

- Experience establishing compliant, automated platforms fit for regulated workloads
