Job Summary
Implement and validate enterprise AWS Landing Zone capabilities using Accelerator and Control Tower patterns. Translate AWS 3.0 architecture decisions into deployable Infrastructure as Code modules, pipelines, and operational runbooks. Establish pre- and post-deployment assurance controls, exception handling, and compliance evidence for regulated workloads. Constructively challenge weak designs and manual operating models using evidence-based reasoning. Lead solution designs with Staff/Principal Engineers support and mentor team members through collaborative pairing and hands-on leadership.

- Proven experience in a transformation as a Senior DevOps or Platform Engineer turning complex architecture, security, and networking requirements into working AWS patterns
- Deep technical expertise in AWS enterprise landing zones, IaC module development, and automated pipelines
- Experience establishing compliant, automated platforms fit for regulated workloads
