Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer for Sovereign Cloud in Slovakia. Design, develops, tests and implements infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Manage source code, configuration management, release management, build and deployment activities. Set up and manage integrations with partner applications. Perform performance analyses, error analyses, and troubleshooting. Propose and implement new technologies to satisfy innovation strategy. Create concepts for further automation of services, processes and operating models. Directly support project teams in development, quality assurance, planning and implementation of product releases. Continuously optimize development and system infrastructure. Provide consulting to project teams on areas of expertise; develop prototypes/POCs; research and develop in assigned technology, determine requirements, propose changes, and prepare implementation plans. Willingness to work remotely within Slovakia.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Technologies or related field
- 4+ years ICT systems experience
- Expert Bash and Python scripting
- Expertise with Linux operating systems
- Experience with AWS/Azure
- Docker - Expert
- Kubernetes - Advanced (CKA/CKAD/CKS)
- Git - Expert
- Jenkins or GitLab - Advanced
- Maven/Gradle - Intermediate
- Ansible/Terraform/Puppet - Advanced
- ELK/Prometheus/Icinga/Jaeger/Grafana - Advanced
- Networking - Expert
- Security - Advanced
- English - Upper-intermediate (B2)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
