Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on GCP with a focus on automation and scalability. Build and refine CI/CD pipelines, administer containerized environments with Kubernetes (EKS), and implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform. Ensure robust availability, performance, and security, collaborate with software teams to integrate DevOps best practices, diagnose and resolve issues, and explore new technologies to strengthen the platform. Hybrid remote work arrangement (1 day remote) from Graz with relocation/travel costs covered if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Linux
- Significant experience with cloud-native infrastructures, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Terraform for IaC
- Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
- Experience designing and operating Build/Deployment pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI)
- Scripting in Python or Bash
- Monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki
- Strong IT security mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
