Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for provisioning cloud infrastructure in Azure, establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing releases with rollback contingencies, implementing IaC with Terraform or ARM templates, containerizing with Docker and Kubernetes, configuring version control, scripting with PowerShell, and monitoring/logging using Azure Monitor or ELK, while ensuring security best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying Agile methodologies to scalable applications.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cloud Technologies: Hands on familiarity with Azure DevOps on Microsoft Azure platform
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment: Well-versed with Azure Pipelines and other CI/CD tools to automate the build, test, and deployment processes
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates to automate infrastructure deployments
- Containerization Technologies: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Version Control Systems: Experience with Git or Azure Repos
- Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell
- Monitoring and Logging: Skilled in monitoring and logging Azure Monitor or ELK Stack tools
- Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks like GDPR
- Collaboration and Communication with cross-functional teams
- Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in Azure Functions, Function App
