Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate the Integrator.io platform in production, staging, and other cloud environments. Responsible for provisioning infrastructure, deploying code, monitoring/notifications, and incident management in a large-scale cloud setup. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automation tools (Travis CI, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, Jenkins); deploy and manage tooling such as Splunk, Kafka, ELK, and monitoring stacks; collaborate with Security & Compliance to support audits; work with engineering to improve engineering excellence and automate repetitive tasks. The role emphasizes production readiness, on-call responsibilities, and a strong focus on automation, scalability, and cloud-based operations.
Required Qualifications
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering or Equivalent discipline
- 5-10 years of total experience in Software Product Development organization(s)
- Proven work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
- Experience in responding to production incidents and on-call responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in provisioning, deployment, upgrades, patching and incidents in Production on cloud
- Must have working knowledge on AWS services like VPC, EC2, EKS, S3, IAM etc.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as code (IaC) like Terraform
- Code/scripting like Python/BASH, DVCS like Git
- Configuration management/automation tools like Chef, Ansible, Puppet
- Security compliance standards and regulations (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR)
- CI/CD pipeline design and delivery with automation (Travis CI, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, Jenkins)
- Logs/telemetry/observability tools (ELK, Splunk)
- Kafka and MongoDB understanding
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Developer mindset
- Experience in Agile environments
- Enterprise monitoring experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
