Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure on AWS, observability, and security across analytics/AI services. Responsibilities include leading infrastructure-as-code quality across environments, end-to-end CI/CD, incident root-cause analysis, building dashboards and SLO/SLI definitions, enforcing least-privilege/access controls, cost optimization, release management, and mentoring engineers. Candidate will work within NiCE’s CSA Infrastructure team, partnering with development, QA, security, and product teams, and will continuously evaluate new tools and AI-driven automation to improve developer experience and deployment velocity. Requires a BSc in a related field and 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, deep AWS and container experience, automation scripting (Python, Groovy), IaC expertise (CDK/CloudFormation/Terraform), CI/CD tooling, monitoring/observability capabilities, and strong security/compliance knowledge. Hybrid work model (NiCE-FLEX) with 2 days in office and 3 days remote per week in Pune, India.
