Job Summary
Build internal development platform tools, services, and automation to empower the engineering team to ship safely and fast. Design and ship major initiatives improving DevOps and DevEx, while fostering AI tool adoption across the org with a focus on safety and simplicity. Own problems to turn them into solutions, creating self-serve frameworks that make best practices easy to follow. Collaborate closely with engineers to understand pain points and drive roadmap prioritization. Lead on-call training and participate in design reviews to ensure architectural standards remain sane.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx or Platform Engineering
