Senior DevOps & Automation Engineer

Job Summary
Design, develop and maintain cloud automation across Azure using IaC (Bicep/Terraform/ARM), automate provisioning of resources, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions), create self-service mechanisms for users and project teams, and implement governance, security and cost-optimization practices. Lead development of automation for Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), implement monitoring/observability (Azure Monitor, App Insights), integrate with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), support architecture with event-driven designs (Service Bus, Event Grid), and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to shape standards and reusable platform components. The role includes responsibilities spanning DevOps & Platform Engineering, Integrations and automation, Power Platform governance, and FinOps, with a focus on automation-first approaches and security.
Required Qualifications
- Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe
- 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years in Cloud/DevOps/Automation
- Praktyczne doświadczenie w Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, SQL PaaS)
- Doświadczenie z CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
- Znajomość narzędzi do automatyzacji: IaC (Terraform / Bicep / ARM) oraz PowerShell / Python / scripting
- Doświadczenie w pracy z API, integracjami i REST
- Znajomość Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, governance), podstawy Data / BI (Power BI)
- Znajomość architektury event-driven
- Doświadczenie z kontenerami (AKS / Docker)
- Znajomość Service Bus / Event Grid
- Doświadczenie z RBAC / IAM / Conditional Access
- Umiejętność pracy w środowisku z naciskiem na automatyzację, bezpieczeństwo i optymalizację kosztów
- Umiejętność współpracy z zespołami technicznymi i biznesowymi oraz dostawcami technologii
