Job Summary
Senior DevOps Architect responsible for defining and evolving DevOps and platform engineering strategy across the organization. Owns Hansen’s Internal Developer Platform (IDP), establishes CI/CD standards and governance, embeds security, compliance, and quality checks into DevOps workflows, and drives adoption of tooling and best practices across teams. Collaborates with architecture, product, and engineering to align platform capabilities and improve delivery outcomes. Requires 7+ years in DevOps & platform engineering, experience with IDP, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), AWS/Azure, Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker/Kubernetes, and strong stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps & platform engineering with architecture exposure
- Proven experience in designing and delivering Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, pipeline-as-code)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and cloud-native architecture
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with governance frameworks, standards, and enterprise environments
