Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare real estate development projects aligned with organizational strategy. Coordinate with contractors, architects, government departments, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis; prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership. Advise management on medical equipment and technologies, negotiate with vendors, and liaise with engineers to ensure design and economic viability. Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in Construction, Biomedical, Electrical, or Electronics
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with thorough knowledge of healthcare markets
- International or regional experience in the healthcare market
- Leadership skills
- Negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to negotiate, lead, and execute within timelines
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
