Job Summary
Deliver project timing, investments, and cost targets on time and on budget while validating and releasing mechanical structural components within defined quality and process constraints. Lead cross-functional teams through the technical feasibility study, defining scope, developing plans, and managing schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication for new product development. Prepare product files including BOMs, drawings, and specs on Team Center, analyzing technical solutions with suppliers and factory functions to drive cost and quality improvements. Manage budgets, track spending, and analyze variances while identifying root causes for complex problems. Lead the project to ensure clear direction across Global R&D, Supplier, Manufacturing, QA, and Purchasing functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or others related field
- 8-12 years' experience in relevant experience in new product development
- Experience of Project Management
- Product Cost Understanding
- Knowledge Digital & Tool Knowledge ,Microsoft Project,Microsoft Planner,Excel for project tracking
- Product Development Process
