Job Summary
Manage and implement the Heart Ball campaign to drive revenue goals aligned with funding research, public health, and community services. Lead the sourcing, recruitment, and engagement of high-level corporate and individual donors while building executive leadership committees to activate influential volunteer bases. Supervise one direct report and provide staff support for event planning, campaign evaluation, and volunteer development. Collaborate with division and association-wide teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives while operating within established financial boundaries. This hybrid role based in the Greater Phoenix division requires daily local travel and some overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or other related experience
- University/College degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to do daily local travel and some overnight trips as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes)
- Must have at least basic knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Experience managing and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-Suite level
- Knowledge of corporate and community networks
