Job Summary

Conduct complex financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence support for new development and acquisition opportunities across medical office, multifamily, hotel, industrial, and alternative asset classes. Prepare offering memoranda and information materials for investors and lenders while managing the full lifecycle from site selection through disposition. Collaborate with regional offices, legal staff, and the executive team to refine processes and enhance communication efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree in real estate or finance, minimum two years of commercial real estate experience, and advanced analytical skills. Based in Minneapolis, MN, with a base salary of $89,500–$120,800. No visa sponsorship available.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in real estate, finance or related field
  • Minimum two years' progressive work experience in commercial real estate
  • Experience in the structuring and documentation of transactions
  • Experience with transactions, underwriting and due diligence
  • Advanced analytical skills, including the demonstrated ability to perform financial modeling
  • Strong underwriting ability, including deep understanding of property valuation utilizing discounted cash flow methodology, submarket fundamental forecasting and comparable analysis
  • Sound credit background in commercial real estate and capital markets
  • Successful experience in developing and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and manage change effectively
  • Open to change based on diverse input and feedback
  • Effectively work with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
  • Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
  • Strong cross-cultural relationship building and influencing at all organizational levels
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
