Job Summary
Senior Development Advisory Consultant role (Part Time As Needed) focused on Construction Monitoring and Due Diligence for funder/investor clients. Independently lead technical due diligence and construction phase monitoring reports, review loan documentation and security, assess project sites and financial performance, and provide risk advice. Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure clear communication for project success, and engage with clients as part of a business development strategy. Requires a degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction and a strong client-facing track record; professional qualifications such as PMP/MRICS are highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction related degree
- Experience in Project Monitoring, Cost Estimating, Cost Management, Project Management preferred
- Experience delivering data centres beneficial
- Knowledge and understanding of property development, market trends in procurement and funding of projects
- Proven networks and experience
- Successful track record working in a client facing role
- Advanced IT Literacy and no to low code application experience preferred
- Relevant professional qualifications such as PMP, MRICS etc. are highly preferred
