Job Summary
Senior Developer/Technical Lead to provide hands-on leadership within agile delivery teams, balancing development with guiding technical decisions. You will define design approaches aligned with enterprise standards, collaborate with architects, lead sprint and PI planning, mentor team members, address technical risks, ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, observability, accessibility) are met, and uphold coding standards and technical governance while staying actively hands-on in development with .NET and Angular. You will engage across architecture, DevOps, and product ownership to deliver secure, scalable solutions in an agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in software engineering and solution delivery
- Proven ability to lead technical implementation within agile teams
- Hands-on expertise in .NET or Angular (essential)
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and engineering standards
- Experience mentoring developers and improving engineering quality
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
