Job Summary
Lead hands-on technical leadership within agile delivery teams focusing on .NET or Angular, guiding design decisions and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Define and maintain solution design approaches, participate in sprint and PI planning, mentor developers, and drive engineering quality through coding standards, reviews, and best practices. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and Product Owners to deliver secure, scalable, and observable solutions, while remaining actively hands-on in development and evaluating emerging technologies.
