Job Summary
Develop new applications for the cloud platform's ecosystem, code, test, and deploy frequently, and consistently automate using common frameworks. Collaborate upstream-first with the OpenStack community and develop tools to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Work within a team of specialists in an open, trusting environment to deliver secure, stable, and innovative public cloud solutions based on European data protection standards. This role requires a minimum of six years of professional IT experience with a focus on modern cloud technologies and infrastructure automation. Candidates must have completed technical studies or comparable training, possess high-level customer focus, and demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English. Remote work is available only from within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training
- min. 6 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies
- Extensive practice in software development
- Experience in infrastructure automation
- High level of customer focus
- Knowledge of agile development processes
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Working in the European Union to meet the data security and privacy requirements of our customers
- remote working is only possible from within Hungary due to European taxation regulations
Desired Qualifications
- OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus
