Job Summary
Lead software solution implementation projects and manage delivered software maintenance while collaborating across all execution phases. Decompose technical problems for independent resolution and assign tasks to team members, organizing internal development meetings and workshops with clients. Validate technology selection, estimate timelines, and prepare technical proposals covering architecture and specifications. Create and revise documentation according to established standards while mentoring junior colleagues. Requirements include 5+ years of experience, proficiency in C# and JavaScript, and advanced knowledge of .NET, cloud, and mobile domains. Salary is competitive based on experience, with benefits including a business phone, in-house testing center, mentorship, and 25 vacation days.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in programming languages (C#, JavaScript)
- Advanced knowledge of one or more technology domains (.NET, cloud, mobile development, databases, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software system architectures (technical concepts)
- Advanced use of development tools (Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, ...)
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and processes
- Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in software development/architecture are desirable
- Experience with AI is an advantage
