Senior Developer (Salesforce, Oracle DB)

Job Summary
Design and maintain Salesforce applications including Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, Flows, and SOQL-driven logic for client entitlement, Code Redemption, and Case Management workflows. Develop REST API integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Database backends to ensure reliable data exchange. Write optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL queries for reporting and data migration. Troubleshoot production issues across Salesforce and Oracle DB layers, implement durable fixes, and collaborate with Product Owners and QA on Agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps. Create technical documentation for data models and integration maps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of software development experience with proven hands-on delivery on the Salesforce platform
- Proficiency in Visualforce page development, Apex (classes, triggers, batch), declarative Flows, and SOQL
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL basics, including queries, stored procedures, and data integration patterns connecting Oracle DB to Salesforce or REST API layers
- Experience consuming and producing REST APIs, along with JavaScript for front-end logic within Salesforce pages and integrations
- Hands-on experience configuring or developing Salesforce Service Cloud features, including Case Management workflows, Knowledge Article structures, entitlement processes, or self-service portal components
- Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD practices, Azure DevOps or similar pipelines, sprint-based delivery and version control, and strong English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintaining LWC-based user interfaces alongside Visualforce pages
- With Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud (Communities), or Sales Cloud entitlement and contract management modules
- Familiarity with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, DX CLI, MuleSoft connectors) and sandbox management practices
- Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle DB integration patterns connecting Salesforce through middleware or direct API
- Experience using Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD deployment of Salesforce metadata packages
- Experience working in international, cross-time zone Agile delivery teams
