Job Summary
Senior Developer Relations Manager to engage banking developer ecosystems and drive adoption of NVIDIA’s AI and computing platforms. You will partner with software solution providers, core banking and issuing platforms, payment networks, FinTechs, and developers to enable adoption, accelerate AI/ML workloads, and map growth opportunities. Responsibilities include providing technical enablement resources (sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines), onboarding and enabling partners, coordinating with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to optimize partner adoption, and representing partner technical needs to internal teams. The role requires strong technical fluency in financial services, HPC/AI, and cloud, plus experience leading developer programs and communicating complex technology to diverse audiences. Proven ability to drive co-innovation, track developer ecosystems, and influence product roadmaps through field insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 8+ years of professional experience in technology, software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships
- 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in banking/financial ecosystems (e.g., Telco, MarTech, banking AI teams)
- Significant technical proficiency in financial services, high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and related frameworks
- Experience leading, partnering, and growing developer programs at major technology companies serving the banking vertical or banks with AI teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to distill complex technical concepts for engineers and executives
- Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, mentorship, and technical talks/workshops
- Ability to structure and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across sales, legal, product, and marketing
