Senior Developer Relations Manager, Digital Health Enterprise Developers

Job Summary

Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in generative and agentic AI for digital health, serving as the trusted advisor and champion for enterprise developer ecosystems. Accelerate critical workloads by integrating NVIDIA software stacks, including tools, libraries, SDKs, and NIMs, into partner products and pipelines. Guide ISVs through onboarding by providing sample code, guides, and demo pipelines to foster co-innovation. Map the competitive landscape across EHR, payor, and population health domains while collaborating with engineering and product teams to optimize adoption strategies. Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations, resolve challenges, and channel field insights back to product teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 12+ years of overall professional experience in the healthcare technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management
  • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience developing and deploying healthcare AI capabilities
  • Proven experience leading, partnering, scaling developer programs at major healthcare technology companies
  • Significant technical depth in digital health enterprise software, including generative and agentic AI software frameworks and libraries
  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
  • Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed)
  • Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives, with end-to-end experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing agentic AI solutions in healthcare
  • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms (CUDA, NeMo, Nemotron, Triton, TensorRT, containers, Kubernetes)
  • Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs
  • Expertise in building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts, translating real-time ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence for industry strategy and product rationalization
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR and enterprise requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR around privacy and security
