Job Summary
Design large-scale distributed systems using microservices and Python, leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker to build and deploy high-quality software. Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and project managers to translate complex problems into iterative solutions, advocating for clean code, TDD, and continuous delivery practices. Mentor junior peers while driving technical excellence and healthy debate within autonomous teams. Oversee the full software delivery cycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring security is integrated early and UX specifications are embedded throughout.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience using development language like Python
- little exp in React.js
- experience in Object-Oriented programming
- Must have working experience of cloud technology such as AWS, Kubernetes and Docker
- Must have working experience of Agile methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
- Must have working experience of TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools
- Must be comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
- Must be comfortable with Agile methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
- Must be comfortable with TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools
- Must be able to work out of our Thoughtworks office or at our client's office location for all five working days of the week
