Senior Developer, Product

Job Summary
Coordinate all operational activities from proto sample development, costing, and production tracking, including fabric and trim development, WIP updates, and sampling approvals. Manage end-to-end product development to shipment, ensuring quality, vendor selection, pricing, and on-time delivery while tracking critical paths and forecasting delays. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and merchandising teams to negotiate prices, quantities, and timescales, and resolve production problems by presenting alternatives to line seniors. Liaise with QA departments and factory management for inspections and shipping documentation, ensuring timely cargo handover and vendor compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years working experience in merchandising
- Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques, knits and Denim products
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented
- Professional qualification in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel etc
- Fluent in: English
