Job Summary
Lead design and delivery of complex full-stack features, owning technical decisions from data model and API contract design through React PWA front-end implementation and production deployment. Architect scalable Node.js backend services and RESTful APIs using Express.js or NestJS, defining patterns for authentication, error handling, versioning, and performance. Drive PWA architecture decisions including service worker strategy, offline-first caching design, and push notification infrastructure while establishing standards across the team. Design MongoDB data models and aggregation strategies, enforce NoSQL best practices, and guide data architecture decisions. Deliver mobile-friendly React front-ends with responsive layouts and touch-optimized interactions, tuning performance for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Conduct root cause analysis on production incidents, lead performance profiling, and optimize Node.js, MongoDB, and React/PWA layers. Mentor mid-level and junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance. Contribute to technical roadmap discussions and participate in Agile ceremonies to support sprint delivery.
