Senior Developer in the User Access Management team tasked with shaping platform foundations and enabling secure, seamless access across MYOB products. You’ll influence architectural decisions, uplift engineering practices, and champion fast feedback loops to deliver customer value. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams, and lead by example through coaching and living MYOB values. Location: Melbourne, AU.
Required Qualifications
- Solid full stack development experience, C#, .NET preferred
- Deep experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable systems
- Strong influence in architecture, engineering practices, and cross-team technical decisions
- Ability to break down problems, collaborate on scope and priorities, and drive end-to-end solutions
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and lifting capability within a development team
