Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, including C# server-side plugins, workflows, and integrations with external APIs. Build front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript and create scalable technical solutions by collaborating with architects and third-party suppliers. Support live operations through issue resolution, releases, and performance improvements while developing CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best practices. Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and data modelling to optimize system reliability. Mentor junior developers and contribute to planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse
- Proficient in C# and .NET for back-end and integration development
- Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP) and authentication methods
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Azure services
- Good understanding of databases and data modelling principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
