Senior Developer - Java Fullstack

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices while building REST APIs and distributed applications. Debug and troubleshoot issues across applications, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure, performing root cause analysis for production problems and implementing long-term fixes. Optimize application performance and reliability, working with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL. Support cloud-native deployments on AWS, manage CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes, and monitor application health using observability tools. Collaborate with frontend engineers on React-based applications and participate in production support and on-call rotations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Experience building and supporting production-grade applications
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across application, infrastructure, and database layers
- Good understanding of AWS cloud services and modern deployment practices
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js and frontend integration
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and adapt to new technologies
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to participate in production support and on-call rotations when required
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
