Job Summary
Senior Developer role designing, developing, and maintaining high‐quality software solutions for PAXUS within the Funds Administration domain. The position contributes technical leadership, mentors other developers, and collaborates with Product, Business Analysis, and Support teams across the APAC region to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software on time. Responsibilities include design, development, testing, code reviews, architecture decisions, DevOps support (Azure DevOps, cloud tooling), and ensuring standards for clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in enterprise client-facing applications, with 3+ years in mid-senior/lead roles. Desirable: experience with Blazor, REST APIs, IIS, and Azure infrastructure; postgrad studies and cross-functional collaboration in distributed teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years operating in a mid-senior or lead developer capacity
- Strong experience with enterprise grade, client facing applications
- Technical proficiency in: C#, .NET /.NET Core, ASP.NET
- SQL Server and relational database design
- React, TypeScript, and modern front‐end development
