Job Summary
Senior-level IT professional responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support remotely to all locations and on-site, serving as a trusted on-site technical resource. Key duties include high-quality customer service, thorough documentation of issue resolution, collaboration with IT teams, and escalation to IT Infrastructure as needed. Responsibilities cover hands-on support for Windows and Mac clients, Microsoft Teams/OneDrive, Microsoft Office applications, printers and peripherals, MFA configuration, mobile devices, ERP applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and Active Directory/Office 365 user management. Must create and manage user accounts, image and duplicate drives, update drivers/firmware, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders. Willingness to support both in-person and remote environments, document solutions for knowledge sharing, participate in special projects, and perform on-site troubleshooting as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time IT support
- Experience in-person and remote support
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week with occasional remote flexibility
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac clients
- Active Directory user management
- Imaging and disk duplication technology
