Job Summary
Identify, analyze, and repair product failures while ordering and replacing parts. Support user account information and resolve hardware or software issues from Tiers 1, 2, and 3 at the onsite location. Coordinate with third-party vendors to fix problems and execute installations of PCs, peripherals, and LAN equipment for IMACs. Move workstations, telecommunications equipment, and cables as required, ensuring connectivity is addressed. Test completed installations and verify acceptance by end users while documenting inventory changes and configurations. This 24-month fixed-term role requires 40 hours per week in a 100% onsite environment. Candidates must resolve Windows 10/11 errors, possess network troubleshooting skills, and have experience with Citrix, SCCM, and Active Directory. Required Qualifications
- Ability to resolve Win10 & Win11 operating system errors
- Excellent proven track record supporting clients in a financial environment
- Network troubleshooting skills & knowledge required (intermediate)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Candidate should have prior experience working in a Citrix based environment using tools like Citrix Director, Citrix Studio and VSphere
- Ideally candidate will have experience building and configuring images in SCCM although training will be provided
- Experience troubleshooting or configuring Group Policy
- Minimum of 3 Years' experience in an IT Support Role
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of Citrix and SCCM
- Microsoft Group Policy Objects experience
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to multitask
